Strategic Communications Toolkit for Occupied Multifamily Renovation
Birge & Held is a national apartment real estate, private equity, and investment firm located in Indianapolis, Indiana. They had recently taken over ownership and management of a property located on the city’s desirable north-side on one of the area’s busiest commercial thoroughfares and is home to close to 1,000 residents.
On top of training a transitioning staff, B&H had the challenge of implementing a 12- to 18-month interior and exterior property renovation, with renovations taking place in occupied units (two units turned per day).
WhiteHot Marketing created a communication plan to get residents excited about their soon-to-be renovated apartment homes and encourage positive reviews, while also building the relationship between residents and the new management team.
